I’m healed by the stripes of Jesus
But please understand
I’m still human
I’m still real
I’m still a woman
I can feel
I thank God despite of
Because I am healed
I see truth
I see light
I see love
I see stripes
I see similarities
In how they criticize Christ
I see real
I see fake
No worries God
I smile with grace
I repent with no face
My soul they can’t take
My life they can’t remake
My journey they can’t escape
My purpose they will translate
One day
